City Attorney
Simpsonville City attorney Hite Hays has a long history of public service to the citizens of Shelby County. After serving for twenty years as the County Attorney for Shelby County, Hite joined the City of Simpsonville to offer his services. Hite develops the majority of our ordinances and guides the Commission through all legal issues. Hite and his family own a private practice located in Shelbyville that has been in operation for generations.
