If your vehicle has been towed to the impound lot, please follow these steps to retrieve it:
1. Ensure your vehicle registration is current and bring proof of renewal.
2. Ensure you bring an updated vehicle insurance card.
3. Remember, a driver with a valid driver's license must be present, so make sure you or the designated driver have it.
4. If you, as the registered owner, cannot come to pick up the vehicle, you can provide a notarized letter authorizing a third party to do so. This is a simple process that can be done in advance.
5. The vehicle can be towed from the impound lot if all fees are paid and the registered owner authorizes it.
Impound lot hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.
