City Commissioner

Scott is currently serving in his tenth term as a City Commissioner and is currently performing the role of Road Department Commissioner.  He is a life-long Simpsonville resident and attended Shelby County High School.  His Family’s farm is the current location of one of the county’s premier golf courses, the Cardinal Club.

Currently Scott is employed at Shelby County Road Department. He has three children; Ashley, Faith and Jordan and four grandchildren Kayla, Alexis, Mollie Jo and Riley Faith.
